As stars (and kids) gather for Nickelodeon’s 23rd Annual Kids’ Choice Awards Saturday, one unexpected honoree will stand head and shoulders above the rest: The First Lady of the United States! Michelle Obama will be honored for her “Let’s Move” campaign to cut down on childhood obesity, announced Nickelodeon, which has donated $3 million to it. “First Lady Michelle Obama has taken on one of this generation’s most pressing concerns: the health and wellness of our nation’s children,” stated Marva Smalls, Executive Vice President, Public Affairs and Chief of Staff at Nickelodeon.

Quite possibly the swankiest of all of the Super Bowl parties in town, the biggest names in show business and sports gathered together at the W Hotel: South Beach on Saturday night (February 6). Joining together for the Creative Artists Agency Super Bowl fete, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes met up with Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez during the course of the evening soiree. Also on hand were country superstar Carrie Underwood, who is singing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl, as well as actresses Jessica Alba, Hilary Swank and Kate Walsh
