A man named Philip Markowitz claimed the “Single Ladies” singer and her production crew “wreaked havoc in his neighborhood” and trespassed on his property during a video shoot back and decided to sue. After taking the matter to court, TMZ has learned Markowitz has scored a 5-figure settlement to drop the case
