Treating herself to a shopping session after a busy past few days in the Big Apple, Taylor Swift was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday (May 5). Fresh off of appearances at the Costume Institute Gala and the TIME 100 Most Influential Gala, the country singing sensation hit up the local Anthropologie shop to check out the store’s selections. Meanwhile, Miss Swift also took to her Twitter account to have a little fun with fellow singer Katy Perry – posting a picture of the pair surrounded by well-placed cats.

Yet another cheating scandal in Hollywood, David Boreanaz’s wife could sue the woman he had an affair with if she chose to do so. The “Bones” star’s wife, Jaimie Bergman, lives in Utah – which is included in the states in the country that a spouse can sue for “alienation of affection,” which means she could file a lawsuit against the other woman if she believed she wanted to break up their marriage.

When Ke$ha performed on “Saturday Night Live,” there was much controversy. The “Blah Blah Blah” singer performed with laser beams, body paint, spoken-word interludes, dancing astronauts, fireworks and an American-flag cape to create an “artistic expression.” And while some loved it, others took offense to her performance.
