During a tour stop in Manchester, England last week, Willow Smith was greeted by a surprise guest and an unexpected request: more cowbell! Indeed, Justin Bieber jumped up on stage during a rendition of “Whip My Hair,” pounding this unusual instrument and getting into it like Will Ferrell in arguably the greatest Saturday Night Live sketch in history.
