Chris Brown Still on For Dancing With the Stars

ABC appears willing to forgive and forget when it comes to Chris Brown. Despite Brown’s meltdown on Good Morning America this week, the network said it will not be filing a criminal complaint against the singer, who is still set to perform on the popular Dancing With the Stars next Tuesday night. Both are huge breaks for a guy whose career needs all he can get.

Making their much awaited dancefloor debuts, the new batch of “Dancing with the Stars” contestants kicked off the new season of the hit ABC show on Monday night (March 21). As for the standouts, Kirstie Alley impressed the judges as she worked the cha cha with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy to garner a second place score of 23 points, as judge Bruno Tonioli said, “I feel like we’re just scratching the surface.” Meanwhile, Kendra Wilkinson was her usual charming self while lacking in the technical department, as she tied foxtrotting model Peter Nemcova with a score of 18
