She’s a big deal these days, and Katy Perry was mobbed by fans as she tried to leave the Claridges Hotel in Central London today (September 3). The “Hot N Cold” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she greeted her loyal following and even posed for some cell phone pictures before heading off. Last night, Katy was over in the Mayfair district where she hung out at the Liberty of London in a snazzy navy blue polka-dotted dress.
